Complaints Procedure

If a patient would like to make a complaint then there is a complaints procedure form that is available from reception. 

In the first instance the receptionist can try to deal with the complaint, however, if the complaint cannot be dealt with by the receptionist then consider discussing this with the Team Leader or Practice Manager before making an official written complaint. 

If an official written complaint is received then the Practice Manager will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days however depending on the nature of the complaint a response can take up to 30 days.
