Repeat Prescriptions

For repeat prescriptions, please make your request by completing the counterfoil printed opposite your previous prescription and return it to the surgery. This can be posted or brought to the surgery in person.

Pharmacies are no longer able to order your medication on your behalf.  All requests must come direct to the surgery either in person, post or online.

Should you wish to order your prescription online, please go to the link at the top of this page. First time users will have to complete a simple one-off registration at the surgery.  Please always have ID ready to avoid congestion at reception.

Unfortunately, the practice are no longer able to issue private prescriptions for NHS patients.

We have the right to retain prescriptions if we feel that they are not to be used for the right purpose.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Your request will be ready for collection after 4PM on the next working day. If you have ordered your prescription after 4PM your request will take 48 hours to process.
Although, the practice will process the prescription within these timescales, please note the availability of items in stock is the responsibility of the pharmacists.
