THANK YOU!! to everyone who supported our Macmillan coffee morning on Monday 30th Sept. We raised £127.02.

Healthy Lifestyle has started two new groups which we hope will help and support our patients.

Lost Friends is held on Thursdays 1.00-2.30p.m here at the surgery. This group is here to support anyone that has suffered a bereavment. It's a small friendly group aimed at helping each other.

The other group is Breathing Buddies. This is also held on Mondays 3.15-4.15 p.m here at the surgery. If you are a C.O.P.D patient, this is for you! Come along and chat with other patients with the same symptoms and get some support and advise.

Pharmacy First

Unfortunately, the Pharmacy First scheme has now stopped

However, your local pharmacy can still give you advice and, if needed, medicines for common illnesses, so you don’t always have to make an appointment with your GP.

Your pharmacist is a qualified health care professional who can help with your health problems. The pharmacist may offer you a private space to talk to you about your symptoms.

Your pharmacist can advise on the following and much more:

Cough                            Cold                                       Earache

Sore Throat                  Threadworms                         Teething

Athletes Foot                Thrush                                     Hay fever

Fever                             Blocked Nose                        Sprain or strain

Cold Sores                    Bites and Stings
